Report an adverse event

Reporting adverse events (side effects)

If you noticed a side effect or if you think you have a health problem after taking any ofour products, you can report side effects via the Yellow Card Scheme. Reporting forms and information can be found at https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/ or search for MHRA Yellow Card in the Google Play or Apple App Store.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly by filling out the form 'Report an adverse event’ or email drugsafety.uk@ethypharm.com or phone +44 (0)1277 266 600.

If you are a patient reporting a side effect, please also talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed in the package leaflet.

By reporting side effects, you can help provide more information on the safety of our medicines.
